Radiofrequency Equipment are excellent for removal of benign superficial skin lesions and are essential to every skin clinic. Supplemented with educational treatment videos, this module aims to introduce participants to the application of RF devices for treatment of benign cosmetic skin conditions and allow practitioners to utilise RF devices safely and effectively.

Prior to undertaking this module, participants should be familiar with common conditions seen in cosmetic dermatology and be able to perform dermatoscopic skin lesion identification. We recommend that beginners complete Introduction to Skin Lesion Identification and Dermatoscopy and Cosmetic Dermatology modules, which can be found within the Skin Foundation Online Program.
